Lords House Farm is a unique, specialist centre providing a range of activities in the community, and although offering a limited amount of mainstream activities, these serve to enhance and support our provision for disabled and disadvantaged adults and children.

Partners And Supporters

The unique work of Lords House Farm could not continue without the constant financial and practical support of our valued partners and benefactors, to whom we are very grateful.

We are partnered by Accrington & Rossendale College in the provision of our Further Education courses funded by Lancashire Learning & Skills Council. Lancashire LSC, co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF), further supports ancillary work in the provision of education, life skills and employment skills.

Blackburn with Darwen Connexions have awarded a further 2 years funding (from April 2005) for the provision of an effective alternative education programme for 13-19 year olds who may be at risk of or excluded from school, or prevented from entering formal education for a variety of reasons.

Lancashire Children’s Fund currently supports our riding and animal therapy programme for disabled and disadvantaged children aged 5-13 years. Additional grants and donations have been received over the years through a huge number of supporters.
