We are seeking an
outgoing, well organised person, experienced
in all aspects of daily administrative
management to lead a team of department
managers.
Our organisation is a successful Registered
Charity of 16 years, specialising in Equine
and Animal assisted therapy for disabled and
disadvantaged adults and children. This
position supports the role of the Chief
Executive and is interesting, varied and
above all personally rewarding.
Experience in all aspects of HR, staff and
site management and a good understanding of
budget control and a working knowledge of
business management is essential, along with
a keen interest in the use of animals in a
therapeutic role within society.
Excellent working environment in a
countryside setting in Lancashire.
Accommodation is available by negotiation.
