Donating to the charity helps to ensure the long-term future of the service.

Much of our funding is attached to short-term projects it is a constant battle to ensure that enough funds are available to cover the expense of supporting the horses, animals and staff salaries each month.

Donation InformationCapital funding for ‘one-off’ purchases of equipment, etc, are easier to access on the basis that they are tangible and have an obvious benefit for the and user.

The revenue income that covers all the less obvious expenses of running a charity of this size runs into thousands of pounds each year.

Unfortunately, like many other local charities, this is an ongoing situation and needs constant attention to ensure that the unique and beneficial work we offer remains consistent and available to the disabled and disadvantaged members of the community in the Cumbria area.

If you are interested in supporting the work of Lords House Farm in a practical financial way and wish to donate funds as a ‘one-off’, regular or part of a payroll giving exercise, your help would be very much appreciated.

Bequests for wills, funds in lieu of flowers – particularly in memory of someone close who has perhaps benefited in the past from our work – are also gratefully received.
