Lords House Farm offers a range of short courses, usually on a day care basis or when funding is available.
These opportunities are ideal for those who prefer a quieter, more person centered approach to learning as
classes are small and the possibility of one-to-one support is available where necessary.
These courses offer for students with learning disabilities of various levels with an
interest in horticulture the chance to learn practical horticultural tasks including
seed sowing, lawn and garden maintenance, the creation of hanging baskets and planters,
and health & safety and a chance to work in the natural environment and really encourages
team work and social interaction.
