professional, specialist company, Lords House Farm
has a comprehensive policies and procedures that are
strictly adhered to and supported by full risk
assessments which are available for inspection or
information at any time.

appropriate and comprehensive documentation if
required.
Our policy statements for both Health & Safety and
Equal Opportunities take full account of the recent
changes in the DDA laws.
Staff and beneficiaries alike, where appropriate,
are given induction packs outlining our commitment
in both areas and what can be expected from our
organisation, staff and volunteers. There is a clear
code of conduct within these policies that outline
appropriate behaviour whilst on site.
